Terms of Service of the Affiliate Program of the acaoentrefriends. org
Agreement
By signing up for the Affiliate Program of acaoentreamigos.org ("Program"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions ("Service Terms").
Acaoentreamigos.org reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service periodically without notice. Any new features that extend or improve the current Program, including the launch of new tools and resources, will be subject to the Terms of Service. The continued use of the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
The breach of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account and the loss of any outstanding commissions obtained during the breach. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.
Account Terms
- You must have 18 years or more to participate in this Program.
- It is necessary to reside in United States to be an Affiliate.
- Only physical people can register — accounts created by bots or automated methods are not allowed.
- You must provide your full name legal, a valid email and other information requested to complete the registration.
- Your login can only be used by a person; shared logins among several people are not allowed.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Acaoentreamigos.org is not liable for losses or damages resulting from the failure to comply with this obligation.
- You are responsible for all posted content and activities that occur in your account.
- A person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
- It is prohibited to use the Program for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not violate any law in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
- You are not allowed to use the Program to earn money with your own accounts of products of acaoentrefriends. org.
Links/Graphics on Your Website, Emails or Other Communications
After signing up for the Program, you will receive one unique affiliate code. You can place links, banners or other graphics provided by acaoentreamigos.org with your affiliate code on your website, emails or other communications. Guidelines will be provided for the use of these materials.
To ensure accurate tracking and reporting, you must use the special link formats provided. Commissions will be paid only for sales made through these links. Acaoentreamigos.org will not be responsible for failures in the correct use of the links or incorrect typing of the affiliate code.
Sales Registration
- In order for a sale to be eligible for registration, the client must access the site through a Special link and complete the request during the same session.
- The records will only be made for automatically tracked links by the system. No records will be made for unregistered sales by the system.
Identifying as Affiliate
- It is not allowed to issue press releases or to misidentify themselves as a member of the acaoentrefriends. org.
- You are not allowed to buy products using your own affiliate links.
Client Definition
Customers who purchase products through the Program are considered customers of acaoentrefriends. org, and the rules and policies of customer service apply to them. Acaoentreamigos.org can change its policies and prices at any time.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your website, including:
- Ensure links comply with third-party agreements.
- Maintain the accuracy of published content.
- Ensure that materials do not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.
Compliance with the Laws
By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws including marketing email-related laws
Duration and Closure
The agreement shall enter into force with acceptance of the application and may be terminated by either party at any time. In case of termination, you must remove all links, logos and materials related to the Program.
Limitation of Responsibility
Acaoentreamigos.org will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damage related to the Program, including loss of profits or data.
Arbitration
Any dispute related to this agreement will be resolved by confidential arbitration, except in cases of intellectual property infringement, in which it will be possible to seek other forms of reparation.
General provisions
This agreement will be governed by the laws of United States. The lack of exercise of any right by acaoentreamigos.org does not constitute a waiver of that right. This document replaces all previous agreements relating to the Program.
