Regulation of the Action between Friends - Centro Espírita Beneficente União do Vegetal, Nucleus Sultão das Matas
1. OBJECTIVE OF ACTION
The present Action between Friends, promoted by Plant Union, Nucleus Sultan of the Forests, aims to raise funds for the construction of a nursery that will serve as support for babies and children, children of the partners of the Nucleus.
2. DESCRIPTION OF PROVISIONS
The following prizes will be drawn:
· 1st Prize: iPhone 16, 128 GB.
· 2nd Prize: JBL Sound Box Boombox 3.
· 3rd Prize: 4 nights in Barra Grande at the Moon Bay Bangalô hostel.
2.1. The total value of the prizes is R$9.000,00 (nine thousand reais).
3. FUNCTIONAL
The Action between Friends will consist of the sale of 10,000 (ten thousand) numbers, in the value of R$10,00 (real ten) each.
3.1. Tickets will be available for purchase exclusively via the internet, through the domain: www.acaoentrefriends. org.
3.2. Payments must be made through Pix, using the instructions provided on the official website of the Action.
4. PARTICIPATION PERIOD
Sales will occur 01/01/2025 to 22/07/2025, or until all tickets are sold, whichever occurs first.
Five. DATES OF THE SOURT
The draw will be held on 23/07/2025
5.1. The draws will be made on the basis of the results of the Federal Lottery of the corresponding day. If there is no extraction at the expected date, the following extraction result will be used.
6. SORTEIO MECHANICAL
Each ticket will contain a number between 0001 and 10,000, corresponding to the total tickets available for sale.
6.1. The number drawn will be determined by the last four dozens of the first prize for the extraction of the Federal Lottery.
6.2. If the number drawn has not been sold, a new draw will be made in the next contest of the Federal Lottery.
7. PROVISIONAL ENTIRE
Winners will be contacted through the data informed at the time of purchase of the ticket.
7.1. Prizes must be withdrawn by local winners to be combined or sent as specified in the award description (when applicable).
7.2. The deadline for claiming the prizes is 90 (ninety) days after the draw date. After this period, the right to the prize will be lost.
Eight. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Participation in this Action implies the total and unrestricted acceptance of this Regulation.
8.1. Participants declare to be aware that the collected resources will be fully intended for the construction of the Sultan Nucleus of the Forests nursery.
8.2. The organizer reserves the right to change the dates or conditions of the Action through public communication, provided that the participants do not harm.

9. REGISTRY AND AUTHORIZATION
This Action is registered and authorized by Secretariat of Evaluation, Planning, Energy and Lottery (SECAP), as provided for in Law No. 5.768/1971 and Decree No 70.951/1972.
9.1. The number of the Authorization Certificate will be released on the official website of the Action.

To divide any controversies arising from this regulation, the Foro da Comarca de Salvador, Bahia is elected.
